SHIPPING & RETURNS
The Hunt Co. ships worldwide out of our Rhode Island warehouse, via DHL for international customers, and UPS Innovations, UPS, and USPS for domestic customers. We usually ship within 1-3 business days. Shipments within the U.S. should arrive within 2-14 business days after your order has shipped based on your location and shipping speed selected. All domestic shipments include online tracking, please wait up to 48 hours for the tracking number to update on the courier's website. If you do not receive an email with a shipping notice and tracking number, please check your spam folder or do an email search of "The Hunt Co".
By ordering goods from eTailer/ supplier destined to EU-member states specifically, services will be provided to you only after you explicitly agree to become Importer of Record (“IOR”) and as such customs clearance shall be made in your name and on your behalf. As IOR, you agree to be ultimately responsible for importing the products ordered by you into the destination EU-member state and are solely responsible for the payment of duties, and taxes either at the time of sale if prepayment is selected or at the time of importation if prepayment is not selected. You hereby give a proxy or power of attorney (“POA”) to eTailer/ supplier’s designated shipping provider for the customs clearance of products ordered by you. This POA authorizes eTailer/ supplier’s designated shipping provider’s assigned customs broker to act on behalf of you. eTailer/ supplier’s designated shipping provider’s intervention with respect to customs formalities may be done by a customs agent assigned by eTailer/ supplier’s designated shipping provider on your behalf. You hereby acknowledge to have understood the concept of IOR and the need of the POA and further state that the terms of the POA or terms of the purchase from eTailer/ supplier and transportation conditions from eTailer/ supplier’s designated shipping provider are not unreasonable or unknown to you, that you have read them, understood them and further have agreed to them.
All international orders are shipped via USPS with the following method:
DHL Global Mail
• 7-14 business days, not counting clearing your country's customs which can take up to 60 days.
• All International Orders will have tracking on them, but most will not have tracking to the actual door.
Customs Fees / Duties / VAT
Please be aware that you may be responsible for additional customs fees, duties, or VAT charged during the process of delivering your order. These fees are controlled by government authorities in your home country and can vary from area to area. Unfortunately, we can not accept any requests to change the value of any order. In accordance to our laws, the actual amount paid will be entered onto the shipping label. Please check your local customs for exact charges prior to purchasing from our store. Thank you.
Please ensure you have the correct shipping address prior to checking out. Our system is automated and we will be unable to make any changes after an order has been placed. Thank you.
Return & Refund Policy
Thanks for shopping with The Hunt Co! We do our best to make sure every transaction is as smooth as possible but understand that the occasional mistake happens such as a damaged products due to neglect by shipping couriers or parts are missing. In the rare case that the toy is severely damaged by the shipping courier, we'll accept a return on the item within SEVEN (7) DAYS of product delivery. Any return requests made after SEVEN (7) DAYS will NOT be accepted. If you no longer want the item you have SEVEN (7) DAYS from time of purchase to return an item. A 20% restock fee plus return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
NOTE: All returns MUST include the manufacturer's original packaging. If ALL original packaging is not with a return, we will NOT accept your return and you will be liable for the shipping costs back to you. Also note, if you damage the toy...sorry, we can't accept the return...please be more careful next time.
How To Return Damaged Items & Unwanted items:
1) Contact The Hunt Co. Support within SEVEN (7) DAYS of product delivery.
2) We will need the following if the item is damaged:
- Please explain what is damaged
- A photo of the damage to each item(s)
- A photo of the outer box with the shipping label intact. This will be forwarded to the shipping courier for a claim to be filed.
3) Once confirmed, we will issue you a RMA number. Any returns made without a RMA number will NOT be accepted!
4) Ship the item(s) back inside a standard shipping box. Please write your RMA number on the outside of the box. 5) Once we receive your return, we'll process a refund within 7-10 business days.
Box and Paint Condition
Please note that you may not receive the item with the "perfect" box and "perfect" paint job. While we cater to many collectors and do our best to hand pick the best items, there may be shelf wear, scratches, creases, cuts, small dents, bends and/or imperfections. If you seek the "perfect" box and paint job, we recommend shopping in person at a B&M store or online where you can see actual pictures of the item you intend to purchase. Unfortunately, we will not be able to exchange items due to imperfections. By placing an order on our website, you understand and accept this policy.
Incorrect Addresses or Refused Packages
Please ensure you have the right address prior to committing to your order. Packages that are returned due to incorrect addresses or refused, will bear a minimum of a 20% restock fee. Shipping will not be refunded. Please allow up to 14 business days for your refund to appear after the product returns.
